BREAKING: GTBank Orders Arrest of VeryDarkMan Over Alleged Unauthorized Debits
Popular influencer VeryDarkMan (Martins Vincent Otse) has been arrested by the Nigerian Police in Abuja following his public complaint about repeated unauthorised loan deductions from his mother’s GTBank account.
🔹 He was arrested after visiting the bank to request account statements and publicly posting about suspicious debits.
🔹 His lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, says his only “offence” was speaking up for his mother.
🔹 In a similar incident, another customer, Ariyo Ahmed, was reportedly arrested after protesting ₦2 million in unauthorized transactions from his GTBank account linked to Jumia.
