Born on February 15, 1991, in Warri, Delta State, Kellyrae hails from the Urhobo ethnic group and was raised in a Christian household. He completed his primary and secondary education in Warri and later pursued a degree in Music at Delta State University, Abraka, where he actively participated in various music events and competitions.
Music Career
Kellyrae began his musical journey performing at local events in Warri. In October 2020, he released his debut EP titled “Success”, featuring collaborations with Nigerian artists Erigga and Graham D. In July 2024, Kellyrae entered the Big Brother Naija Season 9 house alongside his wife, Kassia Sule, as the duo “Double Kay”. Initially competing as a pair, the duo was later unpaired, and Kellyrae continued the competition individually. After 71 days in the house, he emerged as the winner on October 6, 2024, securing a grand prize of ₦100 million, comprising ₦60 million in cash and a brand-new SUV.
