Lamine Yamal grabbed two assists on Saturday night as Barcelona beat Real Madrid in the final of the Copa del Rey.
The 17-year-old, who also showed off a new haircut for the game, spoke after the win and said he was confident of victory before the game.
“Talking to Ronald Araujo at the hotel I told him,” he told repoters.
“If they score a goal against us, nothing happens. This year they can’t beat us, we’ve shown it, we’re very happy and Barça is alive.”
Barcelona did go ahead through an absolute banger from Pedri but then went behind thanks to goals from Kylian Mbappe and Aurelien Tchouameni.
Ferran Torres equalised late on for Barcelona before Jules Kounde stole all the headlines by securing the win in extra-time.
Barcelona have now enjoyed three wins over Real Madrid this season in all competitions and will face their bitter rivals again next month in La Liga.
